Ductless Fume Hoods

Ductless fume hoods are ventilated enclosures that have their own exhaust fan that draws air out of the hood, passes it through an air cleaning filter and then discharges the cleaned exhaust air back into the workplace.

Ductless fume hoods are "recirculating" exhaust systems used for contaminant control and use a variety of filters for air cleaning purposes, depending on the air contaminant(s).

For glutaraldehyde, a filter containing activated charcoal or other suitable sorbent material must be used to effectively capture vapors.

Because the collection efficiency of these filters decreases over time, a preventive maintenance program in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations must be implemented to ensure optimum performance of the system and effective employee protection.

Ductless fume hoods may also come equipped with a variety of features as specified in the American National Standards for Recirculation of Air from Industrial Process Exhaust Systems (ANSI/AIHA, 1998).

These safety features are designed to prevent inadvertent exposure in the workplace and include continuous monitoring devices equipped with alarms to alert operators to potential filter break through, and backup air cleaning devices.

Model G14KA

For Soaking Two Probes
Fully contained unit.
Two containers are for disinfectant,
the third for initial rinse.
A final rinse should be done at the sink.
Fits all brands of transvaginal and transrectal ultrasound probes.
15 inches wide, wall mounted unit.
UL and CE approved. 115/230 V models available.

G14TC has a Curved tube design and allows machine to be mounted 10 inches lower than the G14T for easier access.
Approved by major probe manufacturers.
Protects your probes from damage during soaking.

The G14T-2 and G14TC-2 come standard with two tubes, one for the high level disinfectant and the other one for the initial rinse.

One tube is for disinfectant, the other for initial rinse. A final rinse should be done at the sink.

G14ENT-3

The G17E (left) is an elevated counter top station.

The G17 fits under low cabinets.

GUS^® Standard Counter Top systems are available in larger sizes
